Opening emailed photos, "media not found"

Hello,
I'm trying to email photos from my MacBook Pro to my mom's Samsung Galaxy Tab3. The email arrives on her tablet, but when she tries to preview or save the attached photo, she gets just a "media not found" with a black screen, no photo. Ideas on how to fix this....? Thanks!

Open the email app, tap Menu>Settings, then tap the email account. Look for an option to download attachments automatically.
