Help with mobile data

My mobile data in my samsung s3 automatically activate.i disable mobile data connection after a few minutes it will automatically enable..
Need help on this because it causes me additional charges on my network provider.

In the WiFi settings make sure you have not checked the box allowing mobile data to be transitioned from WiFi if WiFi is not svailable.
