Google Play Store wont load Galaxy S5

[AC Question]

Hi I choose google play store and the app opens but it never loads. I can also not search for any apps. I have made sure that the cache is cleared for the play store. I have also made sure the download manager is turned on and the phone is not in power saving mode. I am currently connected to WiFi but i also have mobile dtat turned on.

Are you logged into your Google Account? It shouldn't really take long to load if you do have Internet connectivity.
