phone is not starting

I have downloaded jellybean on samsung galaxy ace s5830i.. but itz not working. it stuck on starting screen, where it iz displays only phone model name. please help me itz very urgent. Please help me with your solution.

Is the phone rooted or unrooted? Was the Jellybean update an official over-the-air update, or one you had to install manually?
