I’m trying to create my own SD update package for the LG L34C, but I can’t get it to work.
I’m using the signapk.jar to sign the file and a test key file that came with the signing tool.
This is the command I used to sign my zip package:
signapk –w publickey.x509[.pem]privatekey.pk8 input.zip output.zip
I’m able to sign the package but then when I try to actually flash the phone in recovery mode it fails

I can’t get past the signature verification. I am able to apply an SD update for the LG L40 on this phone without a problem and it looks like they are signed with the same test key. So, I can’t figure out why it’s not working? I think my error is when I signed it. I also used “auto-sign” which uses the signapk.jar utility.
Any ideas?
