When I turn on my phone, this message pops up. Then, a few seconds after it pops up, the phone restarts. I can't even get into my settings without the message popping up and my phone turning off and on again. This started last night, and I tried again right when I woke up and the problem is still there. I don't want to do a factory reset because I have so many pictures, apps, and contacts that I would hate to lose. BTW I have a Galaxy Ring

I've went into recovery mode and cleared cache multiple times and rebooted. It still keeps displaying this message. pleaseeeeeeeee help!!:(

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which will disable all 3rd party apps. If the problem goes away, then something you installed is causing problems--you'll have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, there may be a hardware issue, in which case you may have to contact Samsung or a repair shop. Here's how to get Safe Mode on a Galaxy S3--the steps should be the same for your phone: Restart the Device in Safe Mode - Samsung Galaxy S® III

You could also try unmounting your SD card (in Settings>Storage) and removing it, then rebooting. A corrupt SD card can cause various problems.
