Downloading Google Play on LG-L38C

[AC Question]

Everytime I try to download Google Play on my phone it gives me a "server error" pop-up msg. How can I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to install the Google Play Store app, or are you trying to install apps from Google Play? Did your phone not come with Google Play Store preinstalled?

I have an LG-L38C Android phone an I must have deleted my google settings because when I got my phone it had it but it doesn't anymore. I was wondering how I could possibly get it back because I want to download things onto my phone but every time go into Google Play it always says "sever error".

If you could reply back that would be great! Thank you.

i did not delete any of my google settings i'm getting sever error
everytime i try to update it
