Inbox on personal email stopped working

Hi

I got a Samsung S4 mini yesterday. At first it loaded emails and received them fine but now it's stopped. The inbox flashes up with messages for a second when I try and manually sync then goes blank. It's also not registering when I receive an email. I can compose and send messages fine though. I'm suspecting it's due to an update but not sure what to do about it. Sync is turned on. Any help appreciated!

Try removing the email account, then adding it back again.
