Galaxy S4 Wifi "Out of Range"

hi i have a samsung galaxy s4 mini nd it wont let me enable my wifi it keeps saying its out of range but it works on my brothers phone whish is samsung LG3

Welcome to Android Central! Can you connect to other wi-fi networks? Go to your Settings>Wi-fi screen, tap Menu, then Advanced, and see if there are any settings like "Avoid poor connections" or "Wi-fi Optimization"--if so, uncheck them. (Wi-fi Optimization is usually for battery saving, not for improved wi-fi connection.)
