[AC Question]

the left capacitor button is not working properly, I have to press it really hard and sometimes it doesn't work at all.
Any suggestions or what is causing this problem?

It may be worth entering Recovery Mode and performing a Cache Partition wipe. It may just fix it, although it does sound like a hardware problem.
