Samsung galaxy note 3 n9006 touchscreen issue.

Due to touchscreen not working, i m not able to even log in with pattern nor accept any calls on the mobile. Even the stylus in not working. Bought the phone from thailand. I have even tried hard reset but in vain. The service centre here in goa india is not accepting the product warranty. Kindly suggest how can i get out of this. Thankx...
