I have the Galaxy Mega running Jellybean 4.2.2, only 2 months old or so. I'm having issues with how quiet my headset seems to be, even at max settings it's barely audible, to the point where I can hear any and all background noises even with the songs at full blast. I know for a fact it's not my headset, as it happens with any pair of earphones/headphones I plug in, and when I plug them into my laptop I can't set it to 75% of the loudness as it's too loud. So it IS either hardware or software issues.
I was just posting to see whether anyone else had similar issues or not, and whether a fix exists.
