galaxy s5 screen freeze

I recently got the galaxy s5 and I have a otter box on in and dropped it once. So I don't think the issue is from that but when ever I put the back on it the screen freezes and goes black. Help!

It probably is from the drop. Cases can protect, but they aren't a 100% protection.
