Samsung S3 I9300 LCD foil cracked

[AC Question]

I broke my phone glass by it falling on concrete. It stopped working after I turned it off. It still is alive cuz when I put battery is charges. But nothing on Screen as I can put in Password to get phone up and running. Or maybe it is just dead. I removed the shattered glass and I have noticed the foil LCD has the same pattern of the broken glass. Does this mean the LCD foil is damaged too?
