Galaxy Grand 2 Bluetooth Issues

[AC Question]

Me and my wife have a galaxy grand 2 duos each, currently running on jelly bean 4.3 we are experiencing problems and couldn't pair both devices via bluetooth and wifi direct. any suggestions or solutions?

I am trying to pair both phones via bluetooth to transfer some photos and musics, i've also tried pairing them via wifi direct but also failed, in bluetooth, i can see both devices hece i can't pair them

Do the phones support NFC? You can transfer files that way as well.

Hmm, if the Bluetooth pairing doesn't work the only other thing I can suggest is using a computer to transfer/copy the files.

Phones pair to headsets, speakers, etc., not to other phones. If you want to transfer files from one phone to another by Bluetooth you'll need an app running on each phone. Search the Play store for Bluetooth file transfer. There are a lot of free ones. (You can also use Wifi file transfer between phones.)
