    i can converse on viber and whatsapp on samsumg duos but i can not download pictures on whatsapp.
    my platstore is not working.
    i can't browse on any browser(the WAPGW fails to query user information(PLAT return fails))
    However if i connect my mobile to the laptop using USB TETHERING i can browse using the brower on the laptop.
    please help me

    Have you tried going to Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clearing that?

    How are you connecting to the internet? WiFi or mobile data?

    I'm facing the same problem when i try Mobile Data Connection !! But using WiFi everything works fine

    The problem is with the Data Connection AP's I think because the last thing I remember before that same problem I have is trying to miss with my access point of my frist sim so it gave me WAPGW error while my second sim on my phone works fine with Data Connection
