Hey there. Screen broke on my S5, think the digitizer is out, probably can't read my finger and it is completely black.
Got the new phone from insurance, need to send the old one back but really want to pull some pictures off of it. I downloaded Android file transfer, won't read my phone. Download Kies, it said 'cannot read device, must connect as media device' but I can't switch it as I cannot see the screen.
I had a program for my iPhone called 'iExplorer' and it allowed me to look through every file on the device and manually pull files off as if it were connected as an external hard drive. Is there a way to do this for the S5 to my mac? It would also be nice to wipe the phone before I send it off.
