Can I use a samsung stellar battery in a samsung galaxy sIII?

The specs all seem the same as is the exterior physical structure. Is there any reason why I can't use the setllar battery in the galaxy?

Well unless your 100% sure the "exterior physical structure" and the voltage is the exact same then you should have no problem using it. But be warning they may look the same but there is almost always a tab or groove somewhere making it only fit the model it was made for.
