AC Question
I recently traded an iPhone 5 and a 4s in need of a battery for a Galaxy Mega 6.3. So far i love the phone and would choose it over an iPhone any day but i have a slight problem with it. The guy i traded said it was just a proximity sensor issue but im not positive he was telling the truth. Basically the top left corner of the phone when lightly pressed causes the screen to go black, begin flashing and slowly fade to a green and/or purple haze as if the screen was just cracked/broken and then eventually just turns off until you click the lock button or home button. Also it does not respond to touch at all when it is doing this.
I just bought a case for it and i cant even use the phone because the case slightly squeezes the edge of the phone which causes the screen to flip out. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! And i am fully capable of repairing it myself and know the basics of electronic repairs so if parts are needing to be replaced on it, just tell me what the part is.
