Can someone help! I've been stuck on this screen for several days already. I was hard resetting and it froze on me, with this android and box. As soon as I power on it goes straight to that after Samsung Logo screen comes on when you first power on. It doesn't give me any options I've done all I could. Your my last hope to help! If you can comment back ASAP Please and Thank you! God Bless!!

Not exactly sure what that icon means anymore...
Try booting into recovery mode, on the Galaxy S that is holding volume down and the power button at the same time. Are you able to boot into there?

Did you follow the steps shown in this video?

If you're able to get past that Android and box screen, then try selecting Wipe Cache Partition.

Did this only start when you were trying to factory reset the phone for some reason? Did that factory reset get interrupted for some reason? Or did it just freeze that first time?

Yes I tried that method but it still powers to the android and the box with the arrow. It happened when I first factory reset the phone, I don't think it was interrupted.

Do you think using ODIN will work?

Odin will only work if you are able to get into download mode and get the computer to recognize your device. If you're not able to do so, then your device is probably bricked unfortunately

What does that mean? Is it fixable?

Bricked, paperweight, etc. basically mean your device is non-functional or non-repairable without professional help. I'd suggest sending it out for repair or just outright getting a new phone.
