BBM not connecting

About 2 days ago my BBM just stopped working giving me an error message(attached). I have tried everything. Switching service providers and connecting to WiFi but still no luck. Anyone else have this problem before?

Welcome to the forums.
You could try Settings, Apps, scroll to the BBM app, open it and clear Data and Cache.
