Volume on asurion replacement Samsung galaxy 5 not loud as the original phone

[AC Question]

HI:
I broke the glass on my Samsung Galaxy 5 after owning it for 4 weeks. I used the asurion insurance for a replacement phone. The ring and all the other volumes are much less than for my old phone. When I put it on speakerphone I can hardly hear it. Same with various ringtones.
What should I do?

Hmm. Even at full volume? Does it happen with anything or just certain apps/tasks?
