S3 help please

Hi all I purchased an s3 yesterday and it's asking me to software update but is there any issues with update as it may ruin my warranty as I only brought it. Don't know what to do ?.
I'm torn because some say it makes it slower then before or is it all fixed better running smooth" ?

What is the update?
You don't positively have to download an update, but it is the normal thing to do. It will not affect your warranty.

It just say software update nothing else in about phone it says 4.3 kern all version 2013


My mistake it was asking me to registrar to get updates I think as I clicked accept then it says up to date

Updates won't do anything to mess up your phone. They are natural for phones to get. So don't worry. If you update, it won't mess up your phone
