error 24 during installation

I'm unable to install apps like messenger ...because of error 24 ...plz.. Tell me how to overcome from this?

Remove your Google account (system settings > accounts > Google). Add it back then try redownloading. If it still won't download then wait a while, as it may be a server side error that should be fixed shortly.
