Been having issues with viewing video's in full screen mode, screen went green and freeze's.
Rang samsung and they were very helpful.
To fix the issue;
Go to settings
Then more
Application manager
Then all
Hit the menu button and press reset apps.
This fixed my green screen issue when watching in full screen mode on my galaxy S4.
Hopefully this helps.
