I cracked my Nexus 7, then bought the tools/parts to repair it. Unfortunately, I screwed up while trying to fix it, because it won't turn on at all. Is there anyway to salvage the 32gb Kingston flash? I'd like to save whatever data I can.

Try sending for repair and see if they can save the data. Otherwise, I'd suggest taking a part the device and checking your connections to make sure everything is connected properly.
