Is there notification light for every android mobile with 4.2.2(jelly beans)?

I'm using a micromax A76(canvas fun) is there notification lights option for this mobile??
If yes please tell me how to turn on it?
i have seen a similar question about turn on of notification..
but the answers dint match my mobile settings..
