[AC Question]

Hi! I recently bought the U watch from ebay and am trying to install the bt notification apk on my phone. when I click on the download it says "there was a problem parsing the package". I have tried to install it from drive and that doesn't work either. Any suggestions??

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have "Unknown Sources" checked on in Settings>Security​? Where are you getting the apk file? It might not be compatible with your phone.

I have the allow unknown sources box checked. I downloaded apk file managers and installers, and still no luck. I have tried to install it from a file sent through email, and a file that is downloaded from a website. The manufacturer says that the file is compatible with galaxy s5. I just don't know what else to try. I'm pretty new to android, just switched over from apple this month. Its probably something simple that Im just not understanding.
