Text keyboard lag

[AC Question]

Hi!

I am constantly having problems with my text keyboard lagging on my Galaxy note 3. When i go to type text messages the curser just blinks and no words appear for up to 20 seconds. Even when closing and re opening the app.

I just had my handset replaced and it is happening again. I don't have any apps other than basic social media.

HALP!

Are you using the stock keyboard app? Does it happen when sending texts or any time you have the keyboard out?
