    I've had my Galaxy S4 mini for about 3 mo ths now, and it's been working fine. Recently I began to get a notice that my device memory was nearing 100% usage. I moved everything I could over to the 64 GB SD card I had in my phone and unistalled all the apps I didn't use and I still got the same message about memory usage. I uninstalled all of my apps and continued to get the same message. Now I can't install anything or even look at pictures I have taken and my email won't sync because I "don't haveenough device memory" to update Google Play Services. Please help.

    Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support
