Galaxy S5 dual sim (duos)

Hello all. I have an s5 duos and it's been working pretty well so far. The only issue I have with it is that the mobile data would switch off every time I recieve/make an incoming call or text on the othet sim.

Is this normal or is there a fix for it

Which model s5 duos do you have is it the sm-g900fd

The S5 Duos can have only one SIM active at a time (it stands by on both, so an incoming call switches "active" to that SIM), so when you're making a call on one SIM, that's the one you get mobile data on. There are phones that can have both SIMs active at the same time, but not the duos.

hey , im using samsung s5 G900FD -
I use the first sim for calling and texting while the other for 3g internet but everytime i turn on the internet (3G) ,even though the bars are full i cant seem to call/text or recieve calls and texts using the 1st sim most of the time.
Any suggestions??
Secondly , is there anyway to remove SIM1 logo from the top status bar??
