SAMSUNG S3 GT-I9300 doesnt start up

[AC Question]

Hi, I have problém with my S3.

The phone doesnt start up, the only 2 things which are happenig are:
1.Logo Samsung Galxy... when i press start button
2.Icon of battery, frozen without green colour - when i put it on charger

I have tryed Start and Home and UP or Down Volume button both options work.

Please suggest what to do, i am afraid that ill loose data (photos, contacts atc).

Power, volume up and home should get you into recovery. From there, select clear cache, and then restart the system. See if that works.

Thx for answer. How to restart? on top i have options:
reboot systém
apply update from ADB
apply update from external storage
wipe data factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from cache

some of this or diferent way?

Select wipe cache partition, then click reboot system.

what about data in the phone? It will stay or?
i have read somewhere that it can cose lost of data..

Wiping the cache partition shouldn't cause any data loss.

and next step which you suggested - reboot systém now.
it doesnt cause any data loss neather?
sorry for repeating questions.. just want to be sure and safe with data..

Reboot system now, just means you are telling the device to reboot normally into Android.

I have done it.. still just logo Samsung Galaxy S3.. no change. should i wait? or také out battery and try again to turn it on or ... ?

Try pulling the battery for about 20 minutes. Then restart.
