change SGS4 from touchwiz to play edition

Is there any way I can change my galaxy S4 from having touchwiz to being just plain old play edition. I also want to be able to unroot my phone afterwards. Is this has been answered before I apologise and please point me to the right place

You'll need to root the device and install a GPe ROM. This page has a reference to root devices, including the gs4: Rooting your Android http://www.androidcentral.com/root

For the ROM, you may need to check XDA. With restoring to stock, make sure you have the factory firmware kept as a backup to restore later through Odin.

Careful too; last I knew only GSM phones could be converted to Play editions. However, there are custom ROMs available for the S4 based on AOSP which will look and act like GPe.
