Q] note 2 loudspeaker crackle at high volume during lowquality playback?

hi peeps,
I just bought a note 2 international version a month ago..
the phone is fabulous except the fact that the loudspeaker
crackles/scratches/distorts at its peak/max volume. I have
noticed that sound distortion occurs during
1. low quality audio /video playback
2.during voice navigation
3 . various game plays like angrybirds etc
4.during calls on loud speaker
(note:- and to mention these all audio/videos work fine in my
nokia lumia series)
during HD audio video play it is flawless without distortion at
max volume!
and yes I have upgraded to 4.4.2 (stock)
is this a software or hardware issue?
any suggestions will be appreciated

It may be software related. Though, not sure that it can be addressed without the use of an app to control the various sound levels and attributes. Let us know if there's anything you find on the market to address your problem.
