My S3 Won't Charge

[AC Question]

I dropped my phone in the pool about 2 weeks ago. 3 days ago I had gone to the phone repair shop and they had fixed my phone. So they changed my battery to a new one because my battery was dead. And yesterday when I got my phone and when I started to charge it, it would get very hot. So today when I went to charge my phone. It would not charge at all. And when I charged my phone, within 5 hours without me using it, my phone had died. So this incident of my phone not charging was right after I discovered that the charged had finished. So if anyone knows what I should do then please help.
