Damaged Note 2

Hi, my Note 2 screen is so cracked you can barely read it anymore. Since they don't sell the 2 anymore, would the insurance give me the 3? Thanks.

That's more of an insurance question than an Android one. When you say 'they', do you mean carrier, insurance company, manufacturer? Whichever, there are probably some refurbished S2s out there.
