wifi and bluetooth problems on s3 mini

my phone wont turn on the wifi,when turned on it says... turning on but slides back can someone help

Hello. Do you have an international or T-Mobile version that recently had a firmware upgrade?
If so it should rectify in a couple of days, as this was an issue for many Samsungs.
