Motorola Razr Camera: Couldn't find item

My Motorola Razr recently stopped being able to store pictures. Gallery force closes and whenever I take a photo and try to open it in the Camera app, it says couldn't find item. I've tried looking in DCIM, but there was nothing. I've looked around and tried deleting app data as well as deleting the DCIM folder and restarting.

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition: Wipe Cache Partition - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA
