Can't sync samsung s4 to windows 8/1 outlook

Upgraded to windows 8.1 and can't sync to my new Samsung S4. Get this message, "outlook mail profile is not correct". Syncing worked fine with my S3. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to import Outlook.com or Hotmail.com email into your stock Email app? Or are you trying to sync the actual Outlook program on your Windows desktop to the S4? What are you using to sync?
