galaxy s5 ring in center of photos

Im noticing a ring in my photos were the round focus is.. its almost like a halo only appears to be doing this in low light I also notice the prior to taking the photo ne ideas or settings

Has this always been an issue with your camera? Could you take a screenshot of the photos or the viewfinder when you see the ring? It would make it easier to see if it's a built in setting.
