GS3 Crashes

[AC Question]

My phone has been crashing on and off for the past two months. It does not have a certain action that causes it regularly, it's been a different action to cause it every time, and after a crash the phone will not boot for 20 minutes to 6 hours. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
