I recently got the galaxy s5, and have been liking it until yesterday when i was asked if i wanted to update the softwear. I said yes and the phone took about half an hour to update. When the update was over the phone went back to its normal lock screen however now i can't unlock it, use the quick camer setting or even power it off. Please halp!!

First, I would pull the battery, wait a few minutes and re-install the battery and reboot the device. That's a first step.
