Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a android smartphone running version 4.2.2
Is there an option in the settings where I can find adjust autoslient for specified duration of time? For e.g. I would like to set my smartphone to autosilent mode for college hours but usually I forget to do so.
Please help!

Some manufacturers include a "Do Not Disturb" feature, but not all. If you don't have a feature like that, try one of the many apps available, like Silent Time.

Thank you very much. I have installed the app. There is one more thing I need help with, in Settings of Silent Time there is Persistent Notifications. And I am not sure if I should tick it off or leave it as it is. Please help.

I think a persistent notification just means that you'll see an icon in the notification bar to let you know that it's on. If you don't need to be reminded that the app is on, then turn off persistent notifications.
