Moto G not connected for USB , Device driver not installing

Hello Guys,

Suddenly My Moto G not connecting to Laptop ,it gives error as malfunctioned device and not installing device driver for this device.
I got bug report falcon_asia_ds-user 4.4.4 KXB21.14-L1.40 34 release-keys .

Please help to solve thus issue.

Welcome to Android Central! That's just the build number of your system.

Try using a different USB cable. If that doesn't help, see what happens if you boot into Recovery Mode and wipe the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. New update? Take it to your carrier, it's their problem. (They broke the phone, they have to fix it.)

Something else? We need details. Did you change, add or remove anything (in the phone or in the router)?
