Need Help! Any way to upload pics to Samsung Nexus 10 tablet??

[AC Question]

Going on vacation very soon and only bringing my camera (Panasonic dmc-fz200), and my tablet. I really want to back-up all my photos on my tablet in case I lose the SD camera card or something. I know how to do this on my laptop, but I'm not bringing it with me, and the tablet doesn't have an SD card slot. Is there any way of connecting my camera and tablet and uploading pics to a folder??
I'm not very tech-y (obviously), so simple explanations would be wonderful.

If I'm not mistaken you CAN connect an USB SD Card reader to your tablet. You would need a standard SD Card reader for USB ports and a OTG USB Cable (easy to find online, it's basically a way to connect normal USB stuff into the microUSB port of your tablet). If all goes right, your tablet should be able to see the SD Card as an external drive.
