unresponsive home button and touch screen

[AC Question]

I just did a security update on my galaxy s5 and now none of the buttons work except for the power button. But I can't even try turning it off and back on because the touch screen doesn't work either!! Help!! I don't know what happened!

Try removing and replacing the battery.

Take the battery out and out it in again, i had the same problem but with my home button and an unactive screen
