Straight Talk SIM card for AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 problems

I am wondering if there is a way to tell if my SIM card needs replaced? My phones data and internet will not work, I've tried everything to fix it that I know of. I've had the phone, Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom, for about a year using the same SIM card through Straight Talk with no problems until now. And of course, Straight Talk is not at all helpful. Any help or advice, please!
