On my old phone, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, my free Wash Post app allowed me to read all articles. On my new phone, Samsung Galaxy S5, the same app limits the number of articles I can read, and wants me to buy a subscription [just like it does on my laptop computer] to read everything. I still have my old phone, and using WiFi can read the entire Wash Post for free. QUESTION: How do I get access to all Wash Post articles on my new phone?

On the old device they basically gave you a subscription version of the app which gave you certain rights. While the new device may have the app the same royalties were not paid to place a subscription version on the device. You will have to pay if you want the same service. I doubt they will change the status of the app for the old device, if you can, I would continue to use it on that device.
