Toshiba Tablet Model AT7-C

I am trying to get this tablet to recognize my USB drive via OTG cable. but this tablet is locked down to tight. trying to figure out how to get Root access, to allow user access.

I also want to add I tried installing different apps for super user, stickmount and other programs. all failed to install properly and recognized the USB stick.
