Touchscreen on a Samsung Galaxy Centura Not Working?

[AC Question]

I got a refurb. Samsung Galaxy Centura for Net10 a month and a few days ago. I recently just added minutes to it, and now the touchscreen isn't working. I did the factory reset and wiped the cache partition and it is still not working. Please, for the love of any deity that may be, help me.

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists after a factory reset, it's most likely a hardware defect. See if you can return it or replace it.
